Memorial Day Weekend

It starting to gett a little hot around here and this holiday weekend we spent some time outside playing in the water. On Monday we went to Brian and Kim's for a yummy cookout. Carys loved the fresh fish and veggies.

I let Carys hold the hose to fill up her water table and she figured out how to swing the hose around for Maddie. They both loved it.

Not very entertaining videos but we did catch her saying "up" and answering a question at Brian and Kim's shindig yesterday. She can also say "da" for dada and "out" but other than that it's pretty much gibberish. She is very good about shaking her head yes or no when you ask questions and is trying to pronouce new words. She said "Mimi" the other day and I think that means Maddie.

Last night Aunt Kim and Uncle Josh went with us to a Frisco RoughRiders baseball game. The highlight of the evening was a tour of the press box. Below is a video of the room where they do the radio broadcast. I didn’t take Carys in because they were live on the air but Kim said their normal speaking voices are exactly like their radio voices. Weird.
